First of all, I live a long way from Jeff Couch's RV Nation. Lets say about 3,070 miles away in Alaska. I have bought two RV's from them. Our sales person (Delanie) has been great to deal with. Every time I have a question or concern (which isn't often), she get's back with me very quickly, even with the four hour time difference. We communicated via text message, email and telephone.
