First of all, I live a long way from Jeff Couch's RV Nation. Lets say about 3,070 miles away in Alaska. I have bought two RV's from them. Our sales person (Delanie) has been great to deal with. Every time I have a question or concern (which isn't often), she get's back with me very quickly, even with the four hour time difference. We communicated via text message, email and telephone. When I'm due for another RV or when a friend is looking for one, I'm heading to Couch's RV Nation. They saved me more than $15,000 per trailer, even with the shipping to Alaska!
