Bought a Salem Vista, did all my business through the Internet with Brannon. He took care of me and everything came out great.RV Nation took care of my delivery guy,and gave me a very good deal! I had a great experience with RV Nation and recommend them if your looking for the right RV at a great price. Thanks again Brannon and RV Nation.
Hello Jeff, I am writing to you to give a review of my experience purchasing Forest River Salem Vill 4002Q from your company. Charles was my salesman and Todd made the delivery. My experience with each of them was great! During the purchase process, Charles was easy to communicate with and polite and respectful the whole way through. I had A LOT of questions and Charles always took time to answer them and never seemed irritated by my myriad of questions. He was patient and never pushed for the sale. He even helped me understand and made recommendations for what I needed for setup. I would recommend working with Charles to others if they are considering purchasing an RV. When delivery time came, Charles recommended Todd as the delivery driver specifically because he knew he would be willing to stay and help be set up and be oriented to the new RV. When Todd came it wasn't as easy as we had hoped to get the trailer in the desired spot. He stuck with me while we problem solved and waited for a tow truck to come (his recommendation for how to make the situation work) and worked together with the tow truck diver to get the trailer in the right place. At that point he helped me understand how the systems worked, leveled the trailer, hooked up hoses and the power cord... he did it all. Even more importantly, he did it without hurrying and kindly answered all my questions as we went along. If it weren't for the team approach between Charles and Todd I'm sure I would not have made this purchase. Their willingness to patiently work with me and be flexible made all the difference! I have already thanked them both, but please pass on my thanks again! Best, Amanda
When we bought our Forest River, we let our sales rep (CJ) know it would be parked and unable to be moved from our camp site. We addressed a few cosmetic issues before purchasing and most were taken care of excluding the boards around the sink had a little water damage. We did not see any other signs of a leak so we assumed it was built with faulty wood. After a week of our camper being delivered, we discovered that the sky light was actually leaking--a lot-along with a few other cosmetic things (rust on the vent, missing blinds, etc). I called and Jeff personally took care of me. He sent a crew out on a weekend, in Hillsboro, free of charge, and took care of EVERYTHING! Brought new wood, a new vent, fixed our Bluetooth connectivity-everything! We were so devastated to have so many issues because we have heard horror stories about the service department. I literally couldn't be happier with the outcome of the situation. Yes, it would have been nice to not have issues on a $40k camper but Jeff and his crew really came through.
