2027 Salem Villa 353FLFB

For a seasonal site with the living room up front, look at the 2027 Forest River Salem Villa 353FLFB destination trailer at Couch’s RV Nation. It is a 96-inch-wide Villa with two slide-outs, a King bedroom at the back and sleeping for 4. As a factory order, it can be customized online through our Build & Price tool.

For anyone weighing an RV for a seasonal site, the open front living room is the detail that stands out on the 353FLFB. The plan keeps the lounge at one end and the bedroom at the other. The kitchen and bath sit between them. It is built for two, with room to spread out when friends or family drop by.

Start at the nose. Two recliners sit on either side of the center of the front wall, and a ceiling fan turns over the open floor. A sofa takes the front of the roadside living slide-out, with a free-standing dinette and four loose chairs behind it. On the curb wall, an angled entertainment-center fireplace comes first, then the refrigerator and the range. The L-shaped counter with the sink follows, and a pantry sits beside it.

Behind the kitchen is the one full bath. The toilet and vanity sit along the roadside wall, with the shower and a linen closet on the curb wall. The King bedroom fills the back of the coach. The Custom King bed rides in a roadside bed slide-out between two nightstands, and a wardrobe with drawers fills the rear curb corner.

Is there room for visiting grandkids in the Salem Villa 353FLFB? Yes. The King bed and the sofa give it sleeping for 4. Two guests can bed down in the living area while the hosts have the bedroom end to themselves. The dinette and recliners add seating for evenings at camp, but they are not counted as beds.

Inside, the Best In Class Value Package keeps things budget-friendly without feeling bare-bones. Mood-setting dimmable LED lighting and a movie-night sound system suit quiet evenings at camp. A never-ending-hot-water tankless water heater, solid porcelain toilets and roomy residential-size showers cover daily routines. Slide-out awning toppers come with the build, and an extended-season heated and enclosed underbelly helps stretch the season. The tanks hold 40 gallons each for fresh, gray and black water. It is a smart value for your first few seasons on a site.
