Having an issue with your new RV? We're here to help. Our warranty process works directly through the manufacturer so your request is handled as efficiently as possible. Just follow the two steps below and you'll be on your way.

Tell us what's going on with your RV. Everything we need to open your claim is on one screen: your contact details, your unit, and a description of the issue.
Reply to the email we sendDon't skip
Reply to the email you're sent as soon as possible. Please don't miss this step.
If you do not receive an email from us within a few minutes, we may not have your information. Replying confirms the line of communication is open, and further instructions are included in that email.
Important: before you submit
RV manufacturer warranties are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your purchase falls outside of this coverage period, we will be unable to process your warranty claim.
If you have purchased an extended service contract, please contact the company providing warranty coverage for that plan.

Step 2: check your email now
You'll get an email from us within a few minutes. Reply to it as soon as you can. That reply opens the line of communication and the email contains your next instructions. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then call (513) 863-7000.
What happens behind the scenes
A new RV's warranty comes from its manufacturer, not the selling dealer, so it's yours regardless of where you bought the RV. New Forest River RVs, for example, carry a 1-year bumper-to-bumper warranty.

There are over 2,400 manufacturer-authorized service centers across the US and Canada for the RVs we sell. We get your work authorized with the manufacturer, then point you to the nearest one.
Service anywhere you camp
Coverage anywhere in the US and Canada through our service network, plus flexible alternatives when there's no authorized center nearby, the situation you hit on vacation.
Warranty bill pay
On valid warranties we provide warranty bill pay, and our own on-site technicians bring 35 years of RV service experience to the claims we handle here.
