Simply the best. Don't hesitate because they are out of state. They do this all day long and are professionals. We just bought a North Trail 31BHDD through them and had it delivered to Houston, TX. From start to finish this was an excellent experience without any hitches along the way. First off, the prices are basically the best you will find. We only paid ~1,000 above wholsale which is 40% off MSRP. And this was without haggling. At this place they give you the best price right away and you take it or leave it. Incredibly fair. And they special order without a special charge. They have build and price on their website, which is rare for rv dealers so you can play around with what you want. Also the sales reps are very reputable (thanks Charles!). As for service, they contract with private shops across the country which I prefer to being saddled to your dealer. If the wait at one place is too long, go to another. And they have hundreds of shops so it's easy to find one. Our RV was delivered by one of their drivers (thanks Todd) in perfect shape and exactly when I requested. And the price is reasonable there too. All in all we're incredibly happy and will be back in the future. I had my fears too about buying out of state but Jeff Couch has shown me otherwise. You can't go wrong.
