Brian was fabulous. My husband and I had a very strict budget and a ton of must haves/must not haves. Brian was quick to note each one and careful in considering each when sending us trailers to look at. I never had to repeat myself between conversations. Super to work with. Made everything extremely easy for us.
Thank you Couch's RV Nation! I could not be more pleased with my new Heartland North Trail trailer! Shayne Dorazio, my salesman, is who sold this camper! I wasn't going to purchase from you but his professionalism and respect is what sold me! Thanks, Shayne! We had some issues when we came to pick up the trailer and he personally saw that they were taken care of. After getting the trailer home we discovered some damage and took it back to the dealer and Mr. Couch himself personally saw that it was taken care of (with an apology I might add)! Thank you everyone from Shayne to the people that did the walk through and the repairs and to Mr. Couch! Anthony and Jill Italiano
5 stars. Very informative, nice, and willing to answer all questions or find the answer. Helpful making decisions on all choices. Bryan & Derek were a pleasure to work with as well as Brandon with the demo. We will be back if and when we decide to change to a new trailer. - Mary A. St. Clair
