I wasn't going to purchase from you but his professionalism and respect is what sold me! Thanks, Shayne! We had some issues when we came to pick up the trailer and he personally saw that they were taken care of. After getting the trailer home we discovered some damage and took it back to the dealer and Mr. Couch himself personally saw that it was taken care of (with an apology I might add)!
