Hi Ray, I got this beautiful Heartland fifth wheel home to Idaho, safe and in good shape, it took 4 days going 55 and 60 most of the time, it pulled very well. We are very Happy with this new 3560SS we found it ourselves on Jeff's great Internet Web pages on Heartland. We are just Happy with the Layout and good quality, just perfect for us, I believe you are going to sell a good number of this model when people see them. We placed it on our lake lot, Loon Lake, in the state of Washington, a beautiful inland Lake, so clean you can drink the water. We originally priced our Big Country out in Edmonton, Alberta ( Canada ) after the dealer refused to budge on price we randomly came across Jeff's website and thought his prices were a little ridiculous. We ended up phoning and got a hold of Charles. Every question we asked he answered to the best of his knowledge. He never pressured us into buying and when we decided it was super easy to figure out how to get it back into Canada. We ended up doing the 8000kms round trip from Alberta and still saved over $20,000 with the price of hotels and diesel. Will buy from this dealer again.
