We were delighted with our experience at Jeff Couch's RV Nation. Our salesman was Charles Thomas and he was great about getting back with us and providing the information we needed to make the purchase. We came from out of state to pick it up in January because the price could not be beat. There were a couple small items that needed fixing on delivery and they took care of one on the spot and ordered the order part to ship to our home. We noticed after we headed home an item was missing and Charles didn't hesitate to take care of it. This by far the best rv dealer in the country! Their salesmen (mine was Drake) are not pushy at all and make you feel very welcomed and relaxed while looking. Jeff is one of the most genuine guy that I have ever met when buying anything. When I bought the rv he told me to call him if I needed anything (they all say it) but Jeff really meant it. I had a slight problem with my rv and I called him at 9 at night and he answered his cell phone and walked me through the issue. Thank You Drake and Jeff and I definitely know why you are one of the largest dealers in the country!
Couldn't be happier with the customer service. Service department was thorough explaining things and getting trailer ready to go. Salesman CJ very polite. Kendra in finance pleasant going over paperwork. Traveled 10 hours to pick up our new travel trailer. Would recommend to anyone. Worth the drive! Saved thousands of dollars!
