We were delighted with our experience at Jeff Couch's RV Nation. Our salesman was Charles Thomas and he was great about getting back with us and providing the information we needed to make the purchase. We came from out of state to pick it up in January because the price could not be beat. There were a couple small items that needed fixing on delivery and they took care of one on the spot and ordered the order part to ship to our home. We noticed after we headed home an item was missing and Charles didn't hesitate to take care of it.
