Recently purchased a 337BAR Hemisphere from Couch RV Nation. All I can say is that from the initial call to the day we left with the camper it was nothing less than very professional. We got the best deal of anywhere that we checked. Ray Crain was our salesman and he did an excellent job working with us............and very patient too lol. Mr. Couch personally shook our hand and greeted us when we arrived and the finance manager, and the fine guy that walked us through the demo did a great job. They installed a fifth wheel hitch for me and had me out the door in a couple hours start to finish. We are very happy with the whole experience. If we ever buy another one , we will be going back to Couch RV Nation. Thanks again Ray!
We had a great experience purchasing our new travel trailer from Jeff Couch's RV Nation. We chose this dealership because of the incredible prices. Our local dealerships just couldn't come close to the low prices. We were a little nervous purchasing sight unseen, but Brannon was very helpful and patient walking us through the whole deal. He even had our unit ready for delivery in 3 days of the dealership receiving it from the manufacturer. We had it delivered since we do not live near Ohio. I can't say enough good things about Bob and Terry who delivered it to us. We ended up having to call them after they left us and they were very helpful over the phone. I will say, however, if you are new to camping and need a full walk through on all the features and setup of your camper, then you should definitely drive to the dealership to pick it up so you can get the full orientation.
