We had a great experience purchasing our new travel trailer from Jeff Couch's RV Nation. We chose this dealership because of the incredible prices. Our local dealerships just couldn't come close to the low prices. We were a little nervous purchasing sight unseen, but Brannon was very helpful and patient walking us through the whole deal. He even had our unit ready for delivery in 3 days of the dealership receiving it from the manufacturer. We had it delivered since we do not live near Ohio. I can't say enough good things about Bob and Terry who delivered it to us. We ended up having to call them after they left us and they were very helpful over the phone. I will say, however, if you are new to camping and need a full walk through on all the features and setup of your camper, then you should definitely drive to the dealership to pick it up so you can get the full orientation. Fair pricing. Walk through was extremely thorough. Our sales person, Ross Hawk, was very informative. He found out any information that was needed. The whole purchase experience was great. Upon pickup, we had a few minor issues, but the owner stepped in resolved everything before we left for our 5 hour trip home. Paperwork was handled efficiently. Would purchase from again and even refer them to our friends.
