I'm a Canadian customer who had excellent service from Jeff Couch's staff. I drove a long way to pick up my RPOD from Jeff's and they were very professional and knowledgeable of dealing with Canadian customers. At one point I almost cancelled the deal because of issues with my local Insurance company and thanks to Jeff's staff they were able to clarify the problem ( they knew more than my insurance company). I also like to thank my salesman Ross Hawk and Roger Bowling (Rep for Forest River) who were very patient with me and were able to help me with a small warranty issue. If your local dealer won't help with warranty work Jeff's staff will find you a Local RV company who will do the work so there's no worries about buying in the States. The savings were incredible and well worth the long haul. It also helps to know your covered by a Company that Warranties what they sell. Thanks again all who helped me and to Jeff for the great Deal!!
After much research and tire kicking of RV's in my area (Northern Ontario, Canada), and being thoroughly disappointed with being gouged by local RV dealers, I decided to send an e-mail to Couch's RV Nation for a quote on a Forest River R Pod. I promptly received a quote and soon thereafter got a telephone call from Ray Crain. Ray and I discussed all aspects of the purchase, including the information on their website pertaining to importing a vehicle into Canada. Over the course of the next couple weeks after signing the purchase order, I had a number of questions with respect to my purchase. Ray promptly and professionally answered all my questions in a timely manner. Ray even suggested a nearby hotel and mentioned that we'd get preferred rates if we said we were doing business with Couch's RV. This tip was much appreciated, as we enjoyed a nice hotel for a very reasonable rate. When we got to the dealership, we were directed to the service garage, where our camper was waiting for us. Bob Evans, the service technician, demonstrated and explained in detail, every aspect of our new camper, patiently answering the many questions that we had. Bob also helped in setting up the towing and explained how to dial-in the brake controller on my truck for best performance. After the demonstration, we met with Kendra Saylor and completed all the paperwork that we'd need to import the camper into Canada. Kendra was very courteous and professional. She explained all the paperwork and promptly assigned someone to obtain the temporary plate for our camper. Kendra even suggested where we could pick-up a nice lunch while we waited for the temporary plate. She invited us to enjoy our meal in the indoor showroom, which we did. Thanks to the team at Couch's RV Nation, our camper purchase experience was a very enjoyable one. Sincere thanks to Ray, Kendra and Bob for your kind attention and your help in making our camper purchase a reality. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Couch's RV Nation to anyone looking for great RV prices and excellent customer service. Laurier and Lynne Lalande Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
