If you are looking for a RV. Look no further. Beside having the BEST prices, they have an exceptional team. Drove from Montreal (Canada) to pick-up the trailer. Got there Saturday morning and they where ready for us. Did not wait one minute. Trailer was ready. They explained everything, gave us valuable tips, installed the new hitch on the car and showed us how to hook it up properley . Paperwork was ready and complete for us to go trough customs. We recently bought a new RPod from Jeff Couch and couldn't be happier with the experience. The price was great, the delivery/walk through was thorough and completing the sale was low pressure and painless. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was really nice including the owner. I'd highly recommend making the trip to buy here.
We bought an Rpod with Couch's in May. We were nervous about buying an RV out of state, but the prices at Couch's were SO MUCH better than we could get if we had purchased in state. Brannon was incredibly responsive and patient with all of our questions and it really put us at ease. We decided to drive the ~1,000 miles instead of having it delivered so that we could be hands on with the tech for the walk through. We walked in the door and the first person we met was Jeff. He got us back to do our walk through right on schedule. I've forgotten his name, but the gentleman that did our walk through was also really great. He helped us get our sway bars hooked up and made sure we understood how everything worked. The camper was in great condition and we had no issues that needed resolving. As we left, they washed our camper and Jeff also came by and gave our car a quick wash too...that's right, the owner washed our car. The finance process with Dave was quick and easy and we were on our way. I've had several issues with the lender and trying to get our trailer titled in my state. Lindsi has been incredibly helpful in assisting me to resolve these with the lender. As my husband and I pulled away from Couch's, we were so impressed. We plan to have this camper for a long time, but when the day comes to get another, we will make the trek back to Couch's. Incredibly worth it.
