I'm a Canadian customer who had excellent service from Jeff Couch's staff. I drove a long way to pick up my RPOD from Jeff's and they were very professional and knowledgeable of dealing with Canadian customers. At one point I almost cancelled the deal because of issues with my local Insurance company and thanks to Jeff's staff they were able to clarify the problem ( they knew more than my insurance company). I also like to thank my salesman Ross Hawk and Roger Bowling (Rep for Forest River) who were very patient with me and were able to help me with a small warranty issue. If your local dealer won't help with warranty work Jeff's staff will find you a Local RV company who will do the work so there's no worries about buying in the States. The savings were incredible and well worth the long haul. It also helps to know your covered by a Company that Warranties what they sell. Thanks again all who helped me and to Jeff for the great Deal!!
If you are looking for a RV. Look no further. Beside having the BEST prices, they have an exceptional team. Drove from Montreal (Canada) to pick-up the trailer. Got there Saturday morning and they where ready for us. Did not wait one minute. Trailer was ready. They explained everything, gave us valuable tips, installed the new hitch on the car and showed us how to hook it up properley . Paperwork was ready and complete for us to go trough customs.
