Based on a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Brian Combs about ordering a 2019 Cedar Creek 5th wheel. We agreed upon a price for the configuration we wanted and placed our order in March. We had to delay production because we could not make it to CRVN until mid June. Brian kept us well informed while we waited and was responsive to my many questions. Our trade-in passed a thorough inspection by the Couch staff. The paperwork with Kendra went very smooth. Couch's had to send back our MD state tax payment because they didn't work with MD. Kendra said we'd get a refund check in less than 2 weeks - and we got it in less than a week!! The PDI inspection went well, we only focused on the new things that differed from our CC trade-in. They placed our trade-in next to our new rig which made transferring our stuff easy. We were never rushed and told we could take as much time and ask as many questions as we wanted. We were VERY pleased with Brian, Kendra, and the Demo guys. We would and already have recommended Couch's to others. Their price was many thousands lower than the 2 other Cedar Creek dealers I was trying to work with, even though they were much closer to us. We would buy from them again. Mike K.
Couch's RV Nation is the best place to buy a RV, 5th wheel, or trailer . Bought a 2018 cedar creek 38FLX from Chuck Debord and he got the dealer to hold the unit for me until I got my house sold and had time to get there to get it. The staffing was very friendly and help full during the pick up. Had a couple hiccup's with trim items and the warranty clerk Cindy was very good on getting the parts warrantied. Cindy even sent the proper parts to me in a timely matter. GREAT PRICES I look on the internet for over a month be for buying from Couch's.
5 stars. I feel that our experience at Jeff's was great. We did run into some issues with the camper, but the people at RV Nation did a wonderful job at addressing the problems. I would like to thank Derek, David, and Matt. Their knowledge of the issues were addressed 100%. Thanks to all!
