We run our own RV service and warranty department staffed by professional technicians, with 35 years of service experience on the floor. We're authorized to work on all RV brands, and we perform warranty and non-warranty work regardless of where you bought your RV.

Your warranty travels with the RV
A new RV's warranty comes from its manufacturer, not the selling dealer, so it's yours regardless of where you buy. New Forest River RVs, for example, carry a 1-year bumper-to-bumper warranty.
2,400+ manufacturer-authorized centers, US & Canada
There are over 2,400 manufacturer-authorized service centers across the US and Canada for the RVs we sell. We contact the manufacturer, get your warranty work authorized, then direct you to the nearest one. We also provide warranty bill pay on valid warranties.
Alternatives when you're on the road
Thousands of partnerships with factory dealers and independent service centers, plus flexible alternatives when there's no authorized center nearby, the situation you actually hit on vacation.
