    Brenneman Family Trail Runner Ohio

    We worked with Ross Hawk to buy our first travel trailer. We could not have had a better experience with him. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us multiple options that met our needs. We were able to do most of this via phone and email. Ross always responded within just a few minutes. When we arrived for our demo, we were a little early but didn't have to wait at all. The person who did our demo was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we arrived home after a 3.5 hour drive, we realized a couple of parts were missing (they must've fallen off on the way home!) so I texted Ross. It was a Saturday evening but he still responded immediately. On Monday, I spoke with Roger in the parts department and he had the parts shipped out the next day. All in all, an excellent experience!
